We accept credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) through PAYPAL only. For your security, when using Paypal, the address in checkout MUST be the same as the address provided in Paypal. No exceptions. Address discrepancies will cause order delays. Orders require shipment to the Paypal address or credit card billing address. Have account information up-to-date prior to purchase and completing checkout. Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We use a flat rate for domestic and international shipping. Please allow 5 - 14 business days for delivery. Due to the recent increase in postage shipping costs we've updated our international shipping fees to reflect these changes. 1 item: $15.00 & 2 or more items: $18.00 Insurance on your items is available for an additional $12 for domestic and international shipments. For this, we will email you a separate invoice and once payment has cleared, we will make sure your package is properly insured up to the value of the item(s). We always take every measure possible to get your package to you, however due to customs in other countries and other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive once it leaves the United States. We have no control over what happens to your package once it leaves our hands and are not responsible for lost items. However, we do provide you with a tracking number which is located on your package once it ships out so that you can track your items once it enters your country. Limited quantities on select items. Returns Policy You may return ONLY damaged items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
